How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, since move-out dates are often fixed and in-demand slots fill up – but we’ll always try to accommodate shorter notice where we can.
Will this guarantee I get my full deposit back?
We can’t guarantee a landlord’s decision, since deposit deductions can cover more than cleanliness (damage, missing items, etc.), but we clean to a standard specifically aimed at satisfying a check-out inspection.
Do you clean carpets as part of an end of tenancy clean?
Yes – carpet cleaning can be included as part of the package, or booked separately; let us know when requesting a quote.
