Who We Are
N&D Cleaning Services Ltd is a family-run cleaning company based in Milton Keynes, providing domestic, commercial and specialist cleaning across the UK. The company was founded in 2022 and has grown in strength and capacity since.
What hasn’t changed since we started is a simple belief: a cleaning company should be judged by how well the job is done, and by how the people doing it – our clients and our own team alike – are treated.
We’re not a call centre with a fleet of vans and a rotating cast of subcontractors. We’re a family business, which means the person who answers your enquiry is the same person who cares whether the job was done properly.
Our Story
N&D Cleaning Services began with a frustration many people know well: an inadequate end-of-tenancy clean that cost us part of our deposit. Determined that no one else should lose money over a job done badly, we started out cleaning homes for a handful of clients across Milton Keynes. Word of mouth did the rest – from those first domestic clients to the estate agents and property managers we work with today. Health centres and local government are the next chapter we’re writing.

Proper training isn’t an afterthought for us – it’s the difference between a clean that looks fine and a clean that’s actually done right. That’s why we invest in recognised, external training and accreditation rather than relying on in-house habits alone:
- CHAS accredited - independently assessed against recognised health & safety standards
- ICO registered - for the proper handling of client data and access to your premises
- Trained by the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) for our carpet cleaning work
- Trained by the National Association of Specialist Cleaners (NASC) and members of the National Network of Specialist Cleaners (NNSC) for our specialist and trauma-informed cleaning work
- BICSc training - face-to-face and online courses for our staff
Our Vision
Our vision is simple: to be the cleaning company that homes, businesses, property managers and public sector organisations across Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Buckinghamshire and beyond turn to first – not because we’re the cheapest, but because we’re the ones who show up, do it properly, and treat every space and every person involved with genuine care.
As we grow, that’s the part we’re not willing to trade away: the personal, family-run standard we started with, applied consistently whether it’s a two-bedroom flat or a multi-site corporate contract.
